i would book again, liked the city and hotel. this property offers a tasty and excellent breakfast with fresh products, chocolates and also sausages.

We had a great stay thanks to hotel's really kind staff. The room was spotless and nice styled with a balcony, and we appreciated having access to wake-up service. The place was quiet little and pretty, no complains at all, do recommend.

The location was perfect. Only a few minutes walk to the university, shopping and the museums. The hotel is comforatble, clean with a high standard of service. I will stay at Tiffany hotel again if I travel to Geneva.

I liked the location which is a few min.from he old city of Geneva and 10 min.from the train station!I Didn't like the part of the hotel where I stayed because it definitely needs renovation.

Old carpeting needs updating!!! Better communication on taxi services could prevent panic!!! Consider enhancing bathroom layouts for improved safety and accessibility!!!

Good location. It is a relatively small, cosy hotel and the staff are friendly.

The room was very small. We were on the top floor which is a flight of stairs up from where the elevator stops so we had to drag our heavy luggage up the last bit ourselves. Although the hotel is cosy, it feels a bit run down and in need of renovation. Especially the bathroom felt old. Also, for the price we were paying I would have expected breakfast to be included.

overpriced at 570 chf per room .took unfair advantage of other hotels being full I thought I was going to aluxury hotel at this price.small lift .old carpets. I believe I am entitled to a refund A fair price in high conference season would have been 300chf.

Local attractions and eateries. The room was clean and well-equipped, although the wifi was a bit spotty at times. I appreciated the friendly staff.

Gode senger, dyne og ikke slike tepper pa laken. Lovely brasserie with nice lunch. Good location for shopping and visiting the old town. The right side of the river!

The Hotel is relatively old world in design and style and is spotless. The beds and bed linnens are a real treat.

Clean hotel, truly enjoyed to be close enough to old town, Jet d'eau, shopping including the famous Rue du Rhone, and many restaurants, bus, tram and train station and transportations thanks to marvellous location. I got an excellent breakfast with chocolates and scrambled eggs. Stayed in a spotlessly clean room with a balcony. The staff was very kind and courteous, created an individual atmosphere. The private parking was nearby, excellent service. Got wake up calls free of charge, not bad too.

As for me, the area was unwelcoming.

Super friendly staff, girl on the reception made an upgrade to a better room without asking her about it. Great breakfast, nice design of the hotel.

Room wasn`t clean when we came back at 14.00, no possibility to make tea or coffee in the room

we were delighted with this hotel . The quiet location was excellent and the hotel was a lovely art deco style and tiffany lamps . Especially good was the extremely comfortable bed !

The location is great, just a short walk from the train station and near the old town. The staff provided really good assistance with restaurant bookings and transportation. The room had a peaceful ambiance but the dark furniture felt a bit dated. Another downside was the limited English TV channels. The strong shower and comfortable bed were great.
